Discovering your healthiest self may sometimes feel like a moving target that requires the latest and greatest strategies. I am here to tell you it is 100% within reach and, surprisingly, not as hard as we have made it out to be.
Together, we will learn and practice the foundations of health. Each week, you will practice healthy habits chosen by you, accompanied by the education, tools, and guidance to support your success.
This work started as a personal practice to fulfill my goals to age powerfully and feel my best every year. It’s a duty of mine to share this with you so you, too, can live to your fullest health potential. Now is the time to show up, trust in this process, and commit to your beautiful self.
Clean Slate has dramatically improved my health and relationship with food. Jenn takes a holistic, data-based approach to ensure you successfully reach and sustain your health and fitness goals.
Several months after the program’s conclusion, I continued to see progress, finally tackling the main goal I set at its beginning.
This is not a get-healthy-quick or lose-weight-quick class. It’s for people who want to establish lifelong healthy habits. Jenn asks you to imagine the best version of yourself and gives you the tools and resources to achieve that goal.
